Windstar Cruises has announced exciting new itineraries for its newest all-suite yacht, Star Seeker, which will explore the Caribbean, Alaska, and Japan.
The 112-suite vessel will embark on its inaugural voyage from Málaga, Spain, on December 28, 2025, crossing the Atlantic with a festive New Year’s Eve celebration in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, alongside sister ship Wind Star. The journey concludes in Miami on January 13, 2026, where the christening ceremony for Star Seeker will take place.
Just two days later, on January 15, 2026, the ship will set sail on an eight-day Caribbean christening voyage to San Juan, featuring stops in the Dominican Republic and the British Virgin Islands.
Following its Caribbean season, Star Seeker will navigate through the Panama Canal and head north to Alaska, sailing there from May through August 2026. Guests can choose from several extended repositioning voyages, including San Juan to Juneau (49 days), Costa Rica to Juneau (25 days), and Mexico to Juneau (17 days).
In Alaska, Windstar will offer two signature experiences:
Scenic Alaska — seven- or eight-day cruises
Alaskan Splendors — longer 10-, 11-, or 12-day sailings. Each itinerary travels between Vancouver and Juneau (in either direction) and can be paired with a five-day inland tour through Denali National Park.
After the Alaska season, Star Seeker will cross the Pacific to Japan in early September, where Windstar will reintroduce its popular Grand Japan itinerary, available on four departures through October 2026.
